Thank you so much for your understanding of and compliance with our increased social distancing measures during the Covid-19 pandemic. Animal welfare is at the core of our values however it is also our duty to do everything we can to protect human health, particularly those in our community who are most at risk in this unprecedented situation.

AS we go in to Tier 4, where possible all non-urgent appointments will be performed by phone call or a video consultation service where our vets can perform consultations and prescribe remotely. These are chargeable as a telephone consultation. To book a phone or video consultation, please call the surgery on 01367 710595. If you need to be seen, we will explain our procedures to keep you safe while we examine your animal at the surgery.

Medication and food: It is important that pets on long term medications continue to receive these. You can request repeat medication, flea and worm treatment or food by telephone or by emailing enquiries@vets-surgery.com. All medications may be delivered or posted to you or can be collected by a non-contact method at the surgery.

Our team are doing an amazing job during these exceptional times and we thank you for your cooperation and help in making these measures work. Together, with your help we can be here for you and your pets as and when you need us through this pandemic. Stay connected on our latest news on our Facebook. Stay safe everyone.

With thanks from all at Court Vets
